At Griffinfurniture, we want you to love your home; if a piece isn't the perfect fit, you can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Please ensure all items are in their original condition and packaging to qualify for a successful return.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal or contact our support team with your order number to start the return process and receive a return authorization.

  Prepare for Pickup

  Carefully disassemble the furniture if necessary and secure it in its original packaging with all included hardware and assembly manuals.

  Schedule Transportation

  For small items, use the provided prepaid shipping label; for large furniture pieces, our specialized freight partners will contact you to coordinate a curbside pickup.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned item for quality, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
